Nip and Cut

Well, Movember is over. The effort by some 80 MPs, their staffs and security guards on the Hill came out of nowhere in late-October and became the talk of the Commons for a month. Barely even mentioned a year ago, Justin Trudeau helped to bring the effort to Ottawa and it created some interesting dynamics. But in the end, it was all about fighting prostate cancer and it was a significant success. Most of us were happy to remove the moustaches, nevertheless, and the video below shows how my kids could hardly wait to shave it off for me. The 10 minutes taken in removing it were almost as much fun as the 30 days it took to grow the facial hair in the first place. the $40,000 raised will now find its way towards research and education about a particular cancer that has plagued far too many men.http://youtu.be/pU69H8iqyQw
