He knows London well and we share a number of mutual friends here.The visits of special guests is an important part to any campaign, raising the profile of the local candidate and assisting in charging up the troops. Now into the final week of the campaign, we're all exhausted. Five weeks might not seem all that long, but with all the canvassing (three times a day), interviews, debates and special meetings, the days are long and the evenings end late.
