Kony, Dallaire, and the Future of Child Soldiers

As the KONY 2012 phenomenon slowly abates, lingering questions remain as to its effectiveness and the deeper issues that lie beneath the reality of child soldiers.The Huffington Post requested that I produce four blog postings in response the KONY 2012 debate.
