Campaign Insider - Off the Street

Campaigns are great because you get to meet people who you would not normally encounter. Victoria is one such person. She is married and has just joined her husband here in London. She has Political Science in her background, providing her enough of a context to convince her that democracy is in some trouble in this country. We had met previously, but only briefly. Victoria was just looking for a place to get involved and she wants to throw her own weight behind making the political process more open, transparent and accountable.It's people like Victoria that provide those moments of inspiration by coming in off the street and pitching in wherever she can.
